Shipping Policy

1. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer because of weather, strikes, festivals or courier delays.

3. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us any time for an update.

4. Packaging

Every device is packed in protective, tamper-proof packaging with cushioning to keep it safe during transit.

5. At the time of delivery

• Check that the package is sealed and not damaged before accepting it.
• If the outer box looks damaged, open or tampered, please do not accept it, or note it with the delivery person, and inform us within 24 hours.
• We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video without cuts while opening the package. It helps us resolve any damage or missing item claim quickly.

6. Address and delivery attempts

• Please give a complete address with pincode and a working phone number.
• Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
• If delivery fails because the customer was not available or the address was wrong, and the package returns to us, we may charge re-shipping costs.
• We currently deliver only within India. A few pincodes may not be serviceable; if so, we will contact you and give a full refund.

7. Payment

All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.

8. Damaged or missing items

If your product arrives broken, damaged or with a missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
