Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states and union territories across India.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our reach — stay tuned for updates.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping is available on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or more (Standard Shipping only).

Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations (as classified by our logistics partners).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

A link to track your package directly on the courier's website.
You can also track your order by logging into your Amrkart account and visiting My Orders.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Amrkart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.
8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will notify you via email.

You may request a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a full refund of the product value.

Amrkart reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs from refunds in the case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address or non-availability.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will file a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Amrkart will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost or damaged shipments.
10. Address Changes

Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
