Thank you for shopping at Amrkart. We are committed to providing high-quality refurbished products that meet strict standards of functionality and reliability. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions applicable to all refurbished products purchased through Amrkart's platform.

2. Refurbishment Grading Standards

All refurbished products sold on Amrkart are classified under our grading system. The grade is clearly indicated on the product listing:

Grade Label Description
Grade A Like New Fully functional, minimal to no cosmetic defects, original or equivalent accessories included.
Grade B Good Condition Fully functional, minor cosmetic wear (light scratches), all essential accessories included.
Grade C Fair Condition Fully functional, visible wear and cosmetic blemishes; basic accessories only.

3. Warranty Coverage

3.1 What Is Covered

The Amrkart Limited Warranty covers the following defects arising under normal use conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects discovered after purchase
  • Hardware failures not caused by the customer
  • Battery defects (applies to Grade A products only)
  • Malfunctions in core functionality as described in the product listing
  • Pre-existing defects not disclosed at the time of sale

3.3 What Is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage, cracked screens, dents, or breakage caused by the customer
  • Water, liquid, or moisture damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the product grade at time of purchase
  • Software issues, viruses, data loss, or OS-related problems
  • Accessories (cables, chargers, cases) unless specifically stated
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
  • Damage due to use outside the manufacturer's guidelines

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Amrkart Support: Email contact@amrkart.com or call our helpline within the warranty period.
  2. Provide Documentation: Include your Order ID, product serial number, and a description of the issue.
  3. Diagnostic Review: Our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.
  4. Return Authorization: If approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.
  5. Resolution: Amrkart will repair, replace, or issue a refund based on the nature and validity of the claim.

5. Warranty Resolution Options

Repair Amrkart will repair the defective product at no charge to the customer.
Replacement If repair is not feasible, a replacement of equal or similar grade will be provided.
Refund A full or partial refund may be issued if repair/replacement is unavailable.
Store Credit Store credit equivalent to the product value, redeemable at Amrkart.

6. Warranty Period & Expiry

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as confirmed by the Amrkart order confirmation email. Warranty claims must be submitted before the warranty period expires. Claims submitted after expiry will not be honored unless under an active Amrkart Protection Plan.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Window

Customers may return refurbished products within 7 days of delivery if the product is found to be significantly different from its listed description or non-functional on arrival (Dead-on-Arrival / DOA).

7.2 Return Conditions

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • A valid reason and supporting photo/video evidence must be submitted at the time of return request.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or customer-caused damage will not be accepted for return.

7.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Amrkart error.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amrkart's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Amrkart shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of a refurbished product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
