Welcome to amrkart.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About our products
- amrkart sells refurbished and pre-owned laptops, MacBooks, desktops, monitors and accessories. These are not brand-new products.
- Every device is inspected, tested and data-wiped before dispatch.
- Refurbished devices may show signs of previous use. Each product page shows a cosmetic grade that describes its condition.
- Product photos are for reference. The actual device may differ slightly in colour or minor cosmetic marks, within the grade shown.
- Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. amrkart is not an authorised reseller of these brands unless stated, and the original manufacturer’s warranty may not apply. Our own warranty applies as described in our Warranty Policy.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and offers can change without notice. The price at the time you place the order is the price you pay.
- Payments are made online through our secure payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.
3. Orders
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we received your order, not that it is accepted.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price or details are wrong, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
- Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather or courier delays. Please check the package at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video if possible.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns and refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy (7-day return for broken, missing or quality issues). Every device includes a 12-month warranty as per our Warranty Policy.
6. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity under your account.
- Please give true and complete information when you register or order.
- We may suspend accounts that are misused or give false information.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse this website, for example by trying to hack it, copying its content for commercial use, placing fake orders or posting harmful content. All content on this website – text, design, logo and photos – belongs to amrkart and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep product information accurate and our website running. To the extent allowed by law, amrkart is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, business or profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Please back up your data before sending any device for service.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be settled through discussion, and if not resolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
